Your jewelry symbolizes love and memories. Because it has great value, we care for it as much as you do. Our goldsmith, Becky Wayburn, is highly skilled and trained to give your jewelry complete attention. When you bring your jewelry to us, we don’t simply do the repair you asked, we give the ring complete examination. We look for wear points and potential problems. Our goal is to prevent problems before they occur.

Security Inspection

Bring your jewelry to us every six months and we will give it a free security inspection and cleaning. We know that if we have an opportunity to inspect it, we can head off potential problems.

Here’s our tips for keeping your jewelry in good condition:

•Have your jewelry inspected every six months. Be sure to ask the goldsmith to inspect the prongs and shank for wear, and to adjust and tighten all prongs.

•If you accidentally hit your jewelry, take to your jeweler for inspection.

•If you can move the diamond or if you hear a rattle, take it off immediately and bring it to your jeweler.

•If you can twist or move the stone with your fingernails (no tools, please), take it off and bring it to our goldsmith for service.
