Warranty

We GUARANTEE FOR LIFE your diamond against chipping, breaking, or loss from mounting at no cost to you, provided the Diamond Certificate indicates a good record of six month service inspections signed by an authorized Shelley’s representative. Normal maintenance, stone tightening, and ring sizing are free for the first year. Shelley’s GUARANTEES the mounting against manufacturer’s defect for the first year. Maximum Coverage: $5000.

Shelley’s GUARANTEES FOR LIFE cleaning, security inspection, and ring polishing at no charge at every service inspection.

Trade-In

We GUARANTEE that should you wish to trade in your solitaire diamond, we will allow full purchase price or the increased value, toward a diamond of at least double the trade-in value. Trade-in is not accepted on sale merchandise.

"We want you to love your new jewelry. If you aren’t absolutely in love with it, bring it back anytime within 30 days."
