RETURN POLICY

Return Policy For Internet Purchases:

We allow 10 days from the time your package arrives to return your item for a full refund. All returned jewelry items must be in the same condition as was sent to you. No jewelry will be accepted for return if it is damaged, altered, or worn. We also offer an exchange for store credit only within 30 days after purchase. All sales are final after 30 days.

Return Policy For In Store Purchases:

You have 10 days to return your purchase for any reason for a full refund. We also offer an exchange for store credit only within 30 days. Alteration or sizing fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund. All sales are final after 30 days. No exchange or refund for jewelry which has been worn, altered or damaged.

Return Policy for Layaways:

All layaway sales are final. Your final payment is due no later than 180 days from the date of the initial down payment. If you cancel your layaway prior to full payment, all previous payments will be converted to store credit.

Conflict Resolution:

We are committed to resolving disputes within 1 to 2 business days. If a problem arises with an order, or any other transaction, users may contact us via phone, email or mail and we will respond within 5 business days.

Disputes which cannot be settled directly between us, whether mediated or arbitrated by mutual agreement or argued in a court of law, shall be conducted in Hendersonville, State of North Carolina.
